Responsibilities:
Advising clients on the purchase, sale and rental of real estate. New buildings and secondary housing.
Conducting negotiations.
Selection of real estate objects according to customer requests.
Participation in marketing campaigns and events to promote facilities.
Maintaining a database of clients and real estate properties.
Requirements:
Work experience in real estate is welcome, but not required.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
Responsibility, organization, and focus on results.
Honesty, good command of the Russian language
